Don Carlos Realty opened as an independent real estate company in 1986.  Lynne Don Carlos, Broker/Owner, has been a licensed Iowa real estate salesperson since 1977, and a broker since 1979.  Lynne is a lifelong resident of Greenfield and is married to husband, David, who owns an independent insurance agency in Greenfield and is also a lifelong resident.  David and Lynne are parents to one son, Marc.  

 

Marc is a 2012 Simpson College graduate and became a licensed real estate salesperson in 2011.  He joined his dad in the insurance office in 2012 and is now a fully licensed independent insurance agent. 

Paul Nelson has recently obtained his real estate license as a salesperson.  He graduated from Greenfield High School in 1979 and Iowa State University in 1983.  He worked in the banking industry for 42 years.  He looks forward to working with clients on buying and selling all types of real estate.
